These Payment Terms ("Terms") govern all payments and billing procedures related to the ClipoShort mobile application ("Service"). By making any payment to ClipoShort, you agree to be bound by these Terms in addition to our Membership Agreement and Privacy Policy.
ClipoShort offers both free and premium subscription plans. Premium subscriptions provide access to additional features and content not available in the free version, including but not limited to:

ClipoShort offers the following subscription options:
We may offer free trials of our premium subscription plans. When the free trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial period ends. You will be charged the applicable subscription fee at the end of the free trial period unless you cancel prior to that date.
By subscribing to a premium plan, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee to your designated payment method. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless canceled before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method for each renewal period at the then-current subscription rate.
We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time. If we change the fees for your subscription, we will provide notice of the change on our website or in the app, at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the subscription after the fee change takes effect constitutes your agreement to pay the updated fee.
Subscription fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. You are responsible for all such taxes, levies, or duties associated with your subscription.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings in the app or through your App Store or Google Play account. Instructions for cancellation are available in our Help Center.
If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your subscription will not renew, and you will lose access to premium features.
We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods or for periods during which you did not use the premium features. However, you may be entitled to a refund in accordance with the refund policy of the App Store or Google Play Store, or if required by applicable law.
Your subscription is personal to you and may not be shared with or transferred to any other person. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate your subscription if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated this Agreement, our Terms of Service, or any applicable laws or regulations.
We may add, modify, or remove features from our subscription plans at any time. We will provide notice of material changes to subscription features through our website, app, or email.
We use third-party payment processors (such as Apple App Store and Google Play Store) to process subscription payments. Your use of these payment services is subject to their terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of these third-party payment processors.
By subscribing to our premium plans, you agree to receive communications from us related to your subscription, including renewal notices, receipts, and information about changes to your subscription or this Agreement.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription at any time for any reason, including if we suspect fraudulent activity or violation of our Terms of Service. If we terminate your subscription for reasons other than your violation of this Agreement or our Terms of Service, we will provide a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription.
We may modify this Subscription Agreement at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Agreement on our website or in the app. Your continued use of the subscription after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
